Vendor Business Relationship Lead

We are seeking a proactive Vendor Business Relationship Lead to bridge our India-based outsourcing contract with our business consumers. The candidate will serve as an enabler, working closely with vendor management and service operations to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services that align with our business needs.

You will:

  • Develop strong relationships with India-based outsourcing provider, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment of business goals
  • Serve as the primary liaison between outsourcing vendors and business stakeholders, promoting collaboration and transparency
  • Analyse and dissect complex problems, providing strategic advice and solutions that enhance service delivery and business outcomes
  • Navigate both senior and junior networks within the business, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment across all levels
  • Collaborate with vendor management and service operations teams to monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements
  • Assist in identifying and implementing improvements in vendor management processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive engagement and continuous improvement in vendor relationships

About you:

  • Experience in working with India-based outsourcing providers
  • Strong understanding of the banking environment and the challenges associated with outsourcing contracts
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated ability to dissect problems and provide effective solutions
  • Experience in navigating full pyramid networks, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in a role related to vendor management or service operations within the banking or financial services industry
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3760 EUR to 5640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
