We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our TP Team in Group Tax at Danske Bank in Lithuania. Group Tax is a growing team of currently 23 specialists working with corporate tax, transfer pricing, VAT, customer-related business taxes, HR taxes, etc. and is represented in the four Nordic countries, the UK and Lithuania.

The TP Team consists of three people located in Lithuania, and the team is managing and driving the transfer pricing policy and related reporting obligations for the Danske Bank Group.

The tone in Group Tax is informal and reflects our commitment as a team to assist, support, and guide the business in all tax matters. We hold good relations, humour, and respect for each other’s personalities and competences high.

The TP Team reports to the Head of Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing.

You will:

  • Maintain and develop transfer pricing instructions and guidelines issued by Group Tax to the Group
  • Identify risks as well as opportunities, ensure consistency, and increase awareness of transfer pricing matters in the Group
  • Prepare the Master File for the Group, ensure updated benchmarks, and assist with the preparation of Local Files
  • Support in transfer pricing-related projects and support business units and group functions in transfer pricing questions as an internal TP advisor
  • Manage transfer pricing audits, including MAP and APA processes, support in litigation, and other transfer pricing-related tax processes towards the Nordic tax authorities
  • Monitor compliance and suggest solutions for improvements
  • Monitor transfer pricing regulatory changes at the national as well as the EU, OECD, and global levels

About you:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the transfer pricing field, whether in a multinational group, tax authorities, or a Big4 consulting firm
  • Hold a degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or similar
  • Take ownership of your responsibilities, driving and resolving tasks independently
  • An individual who thrives on cooperative efforts and engages effectively in international collaborations
  • Work in a structured manner with a clear commitment to quality
  • Good communication skills are essential for proactive engagement with our internal and external stakeholders
  • Upper-intermediate English skills
