Technical Product Owner for People Tribe

People Tribe brings together business and IT professionals into cross-functional squads and enables us to work in a truly agile organization. Each of these squads are self-organized teams that empowers its employees to take their own decisions while working on the end-to-end delivery of products and services.

As a member of the squad, you will work on innovative solutions to complex business problems and drive modernization and cloud transformation initiatives. You will work together with the Modern HR Infrastructure team, which contains .NET developers, a technical chapter lead and you technical Product Owner. The team works in close collaboration with architects and other specialists.

You will:

  • Own IT assets to support the strategy on People Tribe management
  • Build up a squad to be able to execute on the agreed strategy with the business
  • Set direction for the squad and contribute to achieving the mission of the People Tribe
  • Lead a squad with the aim of achieving your objectives and key results as well as focus on continuous improvements and agile behaviours
  • Drive squad specific requirements and solution clarification
  • Be responsible for data flows
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with key stakeholders on development and prioritisation
  • Align and collaborate closely with other Product Owners within and outside of the People Tribe

About you:

  • Relevant higher education (IT, business, project management, or similar)
  • Have experience from a similar role e.g., Product Owner, Project management
  • Are capable of leading a cross-functional squad of 5-8 squad members
  • Have experience with IT development and digital transformation
  • Have some experience in building up a team
  • Are able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both peers and more senior stakeholders
  • Thrive in an environment with a high level of empowerment
  • Advanced English language skills

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
