Tech-savvy Senior Business Analyst for Automation Team

We offer you a unique opportunity to join our Finance Processes team as a Senior Business Analyst. You will be part of an experienced team of 6 people located in Denmark and Lithuania, responsible for processes and optimisation throughout Group Accounts. The team works in a global team environment, closely together with reporting SMEs in Group Accounts as well as with many other stakeholders from finance, business units, IT, etc. across the entire group, and supports both improvement initiatives, tasks, and projects in which you will participate.

You will be responsible for the analysis, identification, and development of suitable solutions to minimise manual work and optimise time and quality for all our colleagues across Group Accounts. In addition, your role will include providing technical support to different areas of our monthly and quarterly processes, e.g., implementing changes to the technical accounting setup.

You will:

  • Identify, develop, and implement improvement opportunities
  • Develop and improve financial governance, checks, and controls
  • Analyse end-to-end processes to realise process optimisation and automation
  • Support of Group Account’s monthly and quarterly tasks and reporting cycles
  • Drive and participate in tasks and projects for Group Accounts
  • Manage stakeholders across various seniority levels and functions

About you:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, such as an IT developer, controller, or business analyst, ideally within the banking or finance sectors, and a keen interest in accounting
  • Proficiency in SQL is mandatory in this role
  • Super user in Excel and preferably competences within VBA or similar
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Great communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and team members
  • Competencies in SAS or Tableau are beneficial
  • If you have project management experience, accounting understanding or interest, and/or have worked with end-to-end process views and solutions, it would be beneficial but not a requirement

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
