Team Leader of Client Management

As part of our continued transformation efforts in how we organise ourselves to provide a top-notch customer experience, we are looking for a team leader who will play an essential role in coordinating the team that supports our largest customers. You will be responsible for guiding the team as well as owning day-to-day customer relationships with our largest clients and building a network with key stakeholders of various seniority levels within the bank.

Our great team currently directly supports our large corporate and institutional customers having business activities within and outside Nordic countries; these are some of the globally recognised companies.

Your team is responsible for client management related to a wide array of business banking products. The team’s focus is actual work with customers’ needs for bank products and services. The team concentrates on customer support, communication, and problem-solving. As part of client teams, they work together with colleagues located in Nordic countries. The team is in direct contact with the clients, offering first-class support on cash management, credit products, the online banking platform District, accounts, daily banking, client on-boarding, KYC, and more.

You will become an integral part of the customer-centric value chain and get to know Danske Bank’s offering model to our largest corporate and institutional customers. You will have the opportunity to utilise your communication, work coordination, problem-solving, and creative customer orientation skills.

You will report to one of the Head of Client management Lithuania.

You will:

  • Have full ownership of your team (we expect you to be willing to empower and motivate the team to provide a top-notch customer experience)
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the customers of Danske Bank and with multiple internal stakeholders; develop customer satisfaction-oriented stakeholder relationships
  • Be able to navigate in a complex organisation, utilising great interpersonal and good relationship-building skills
  • Be a sparring partner for our internal stakeholders to optimise our customer solutions
  • Be a reliable point of contact for your team members and stakeholders within the area and beyond
  • Participate and deliver in our transformation efforts and other projects in the Client management area

About you:

  • Great skills in collaboration and coordination in a complex environment
  • Advanced English communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience in daily banking, cash management, financial markets, or other financial products, while not required, will be considered a huge advantage

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2520 EUR to 3780 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
