Team Leader in Welcoming and Orchestration Services

Join our Leadership Team as a Team Leader in Welcoming & Orchestration Services.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Leader to join one of our Teams working with Customer Onboarding. In this role you will lead a team of specialists working with Customer Due Diligence (CDD), ensuring high-quality onboarding processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a high-speed environment, enjoys developing people, and is oriented towards operational excellence in financial services.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.

You will:

  • Lead & Inspire – Form a team that is engaged and committed
  • Ensure Efficiency & Operational Excellence – Streamline processes to improve accuracy, quality and efficiency
  • Drive Compliance – Ensure full adherence to CDD and AML regulations as per SOPs
  • Collaborate – Work with stakeholders to align onboarding with business needs
  • Manage Team’s Performance – Track key metrics and ensure adherence

About you:

  • 2+ years previous leadership experience
  • Customer Due Diligence knowledge or general AML knowledge would be considered as a beneficial asset
  • Clear communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management proficiency
  • Developed time planning and organizational skills
  • A mindset geared towards customer relations and a proactive approach to delivering service that meets needs
  • Attention to detail and an interest in navigating a fast-changing and agile environment
  • An imaginative mindset alongside a focus on driving advancements and empowering your team
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills (in both speaking and writing)

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2520 EUR to 3780 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
