Team Leader in Business Financing

Our Business Financing area comprises 9 international teams spread across the Nordics and Lithuania. We pride ourselves on our collaborative environment and our dedicated approach to managing business customers’ financing needs.

As a Team Leader, you will lead a diverse team of around 18 professionals based in Vilnius. While being responsible for the quality, delivery and other performance targets, you will also have an equally important responsibility for ensuring team members’ high job satisfaction and continuous development.

The team provides service for various business customers segments in establishing loans and credits, creating agreements, collateral documents, guarantees, etc., follow up on customers liabilities, administrating financing products throughout their life cycle. The team is not only responsible for handling back-office tasks but also actively engages in direct interactions with customers and relationship managers, ensuring full ownership of processes. This comprehensive involvement is crucial to our operational success and customer satisfaction, reflecting our commitment to excellence and integrated management across all levels of our services.

You will:

  • Lead a team through the changes
  • Ensure a professional and effective processing of day-to-day operations
  • Understand and improve processes with a focus on efficiency
  • Migrate new tasks from Nordic countries with a focus to optimize processes and take full ownership
  • Strive to deliver automation, transparency, risk and control environment improvements
  • Nurture and actively manage business stakeholders’ map to deliver best stakeholders’ experience
  • Lead by example in nurturing and spreading core values of Danske Bank

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in service banking operations
  • Proven 1+ years leadership experience, including the ability to effectively supervise and develop a team of diverse professionals
  • Focus on people’s agenda (this involves prioritizing team engagement, development and well-being to foster a positive and productive work environment)
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders, effectively negotiate and facilitate problem-solving
  • Solid organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3240 EUR to 4860 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
