You will have the direct responsibility for supervising a team of 14 professionals in Payment’s operations area (Domestic Payments Team). You will be in charge of directing the team’s daily activities.
The Domestic Payments team is responsible for handling various domestic payment tasks, including the cancellation of transactions. They also oversee internal accounts reconciliations and manage requests for missing domestic payments, primarily for Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. The team is well-equipped to handle manual domestic payments across different regions, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
We expect you to lead an effective team while also encouraging your team members to create value in partnership with the internal customers.
While being responsible for business targets, you will also have an equally important responsibility for ensuring the team’s high job satisfaction and continuous development.
The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
This role does not include a relocation allowance.
