You will lead one of the Global HR Services team – New Hires Center of Excellence, responsible for supporting Nordic managers in hiring new employees. This team is responsible for administration of hiring process starting with contract preparation, work permits, employee ID creation in HRIS and ending with payroll control.
As a Team leader, you will be responsible for the team of 9 employees. On a daily basis, you will engage in projects and contribute with innovation, knowledge, and a desire to carry out our strategy. You will also work on systems, processes, and improved experience for the group’s benefit.
