You will have the direct responsibility of supervising a team of 11 professionals in Payments operations area (Banking Partners and Foreign Cheques Team). You will be in charge of directing the team’s daily activities. Along with being accountable for the quality, delivery, and other performance goals, you will also be held equally accountable for the continued growth and high levels of work satisfaction of your team.
The Banking Partners and Foreign Cheques team works with LORO banks and handles charges for payments. Open/close LORO accounts and investigates enquiries from LORO banks. Team is also responsible for foreign cheques process which includes printing and cashing cheques.We expect you to lead an effective team while also encouraging your team members to be accountable and create value in partnership with the internal customers.
While being responsible for business targets, you would also have an equally important responsibility for ensuring the team’s high job satisfaction and continuous development.
