Team Lead in Collateral Management Team

Then you might be our new Team Lead for the Collateral Management Team.

As a Team Lead, your role will be to lead the staff and ensure day-to-day deliveries. You will work within a high-risk area that requires you to have knowledge of related processes and areas of the business, and you will collaborate with and support a variety of stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.

In addition to the above, you will be responsible for leading the team in their daily work. While being responsible for the quality, delivery, and other performance targets, you will also have an equally important responsibility for ensuring staff’s high job satisfaction and continuous development. In your daily operations, you will have 10 direct reports, report to Head of Collateral Management, and be a part of the Markets Services Management Team.

You will:

  • Lead a team through the changes
  • Ensure a professional and effective processing of day-to-day operations
  • Understand and improve processes with a focus on efficiency
  • Strive to deliver automation, transparency, risk and control environment improvements
  • Nurture and actively manage complex business stakeholders’ map to deliver best in class internal stakeholders’ experience
  • Lead by example in nurturing and spreading core values of Danske Bank

About you:

  • 1+ years of experience in leadership and people management area
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets
  • Higher education (preferably in finance, economics, or relevant field)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, effectively negotiate and facilitate problem resolution
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills (both spoken and written)

Monthly salary range from 3240 EUR to 4860 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
