Specialist in Loan Administration

Do you have the necessary skills and knowledge to be a part of a large corporate loan administration team?

As a Service delivery specialist, you will be a part of a team that supports medium and large corporate customers in all Danske Bank group. Roles main tasks are to administrate loans: new drawdowns, prepayments, rollovers, administrate fees, investigate discrepancies and make corrections in internal accounts, calculate break costs, coordinate processes across a range of activities in middle and back-office support functions.

In this role, you will keep close collaboration with stakeholders, customers and other banks. We look forward to your engagement in supporting cross-team initiatives and projects. In addition, you will have an opportunity to maintain process quality continuously looking for ways to improve and contribute to Lean culture. Be prepared for planned overtime during the end of quarters.

You will:

  • Perform daily operational tasks to ensure quality service delivery: roll the loans, perform new drawdowns, administrate fees related to committed loans
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Communication with stakeholders
  • Provide accurate and timely information, data and reports
  • Be responsible for providing high-quality internal and external customer service
  • Review procedures on a regular basis.
  • Drive improvements agenda through daily processes
  • Identify, flag, suggest and implement solutions for potential risks within E2E process
  • Take major part in delivering organization’s strategy initiatives
  • Other tasks as requested by the leader of a team

About you:

  • 2-3 years of previous work experience in banking operations or a relevant area would be beneficial
  • Your collaboration skills are strong, benefitting both the team and the organization as a whole
  • You are able to understand customer needs and anticipate areas for improvement in customer experience
  • Great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with large amounts of information characterize your approach
  • Ability to encourage innovation as part of a natural part of the business
  • You take full ownership of processes and contribute to their optimization and improvement
  • Your initiative, willingness to adjust, and proactive attitude drive contributions to process improvements
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1640 EUR to 2460 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
