Specialist in Fees and Pricing team (Maternity cover)

We’re the Fees and Pricing team, and we make sure our top customers in the Nordic countries get their products and services at the agreed prices. Interested in joining us?

This team handles not only operations, but is constantly working with different bank’s projects and initiatives. Also we are really active with process improvements.

As part of our team, you’ll handle tasks related to fees and pricing, including investigation, data analysis, preparing overviews, collaboration with different colleagues all over the bank. You’ll also get to work on some of the biggest banking projects, improve processes, find automation opportunities, and keep growing your skills.

If you are flexible and able and want to see bigger picture, but also into details, since details and quality are really important. Would be ideal if potential for TL.

You’ll have a chance to help us enhance our operations, suggest new ways of doing things, and continuously develop your abilities.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover (expected duration: around 18 months).

You will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania, but working from home up to two days a week is an option.

This role does not include a relocation allowance.

You will:

  • Ensure service related with fees and pricing delivery for corporate costumers from 7 different countries
  • Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests in order to provide the best possible customer experience
  • Have a close collaboration with advisor and cash management teams, provide consultations and optimize solutions
  • Be part of different bank’s projects and initiatives related with pricing
  • Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for solutions to improve or automate them (Robotics, Lean, etc.)

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
