Specialist in Cash Management Services

We offer an opportunity to join our team and assist our customers in efficiently using our cash management services.

As part of our team, you’ll handle tasks related to cash management products, including implementation, investigation, data analysis, overviews, and collaboration with different colleagues within the bank. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the biggest banking projects, improve processes, explore automation solutions, challenge existing procedures, and continually develop your skills.

You will:

  • Deliver service related to cash management products for corporate customers across seven markets
  • Address and resolve issues and daily ad-hoc requests to ensure a good customer experience
  • Collaborate with advisory and cash management teams, provide consultations and optimise solutions for customers
  • Ensure high-quality process delivery and continuously seek opportunities to improve or automate them according to Lean principles
  • Be part of different bank projects and initiatives related to cash management products

About you:

  • Experience in an operational or administrative role (banking experience would be advantageous)
  • Attention to detail
  • Great communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and “connect the dots”
  • Good time management skills
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1640 EUR to 2460 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
