Specialist Advisor-AML

Great opportunity to join Welcoming & Orchestration Services and contribute to the customer’s journey.

We’re looking for a candidate with KYC experience and good customer handling skills to join our onboarding team in multinational Welcoming & Orchestration Services Department.

As an AML specialist advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations while delivering high-quality service to our business customers onboarding to the bank. Our team manages diverse onboarding tasks across asset finance, private wealth management, and business customers, offering opportunities for cross-training and broadening your expertise.

If you are motivated, customer centric, have good attention to detail, and thrive in an operational environment, you will be a valuable addition to our team of 16 colleagues.

You will:

  • Perform CDD for our business customers based on KYC and AML requirements
  • Perform phone customer interviews
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple market areas
  • Constantly improve and optimize processes using Lean principles

About you:

  • Previous experience in financial sectors and/or back office
  • Great communication skills
  • High level of accuracy, quality, and attention to details
  • Skilled at picking up new skills and adjusting to different environments
  • Team player with an open mind and proactive approach
  • Upper-Intermediate (written and verbal communication) skills in English
  • Higher education

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
