We’re looking for a candidate with KYC experience and good customer handling skills to join our onboarding team in multinational Welcoming & Orchestration Services Department.

As an AML specialist advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations while delivering high-quality service to our business customers onboarding to the bank. Our team manages diverse onboarding tasks across asset finance, private wealth management, and business customers, offering opportunities for cross-training and broadening your expertise.

You will:

Perform CDD for our business customers based on KYC and AML requirements
Perform phone customer interviews
Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple market areas
Constantly improve and optimize processes using Lean principles

About you:

Previous experience in financial sectors and/or back office
Great communication skills
High level of accuracy, quality, and attention to details
Skilled at picking up new skills and adjusting to different environments
Team player with an open mind and proactive approach
Upper-Intermediate (written and verbal communication) skills in English
Higher education

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
