As a Site and Chapter Area Lead in our Vilnius office, you will hold two pivotal roles that combine technology leadership with strategic site management responsibilities. As a Chapter Area Lead, you will drive the development and success of a technology chapter, leading Chapter Leads and engineers to deliver scalable and innovative solutions. Additionally, as Site Lead, you will oversee the entire Tribe within the Vilnius office, taking responsibility for site-wide engagement, collaboration, and operational excellence.

You will:

Chapter Area Lead – Driving technological excellence

  • Lead a group of technology Chapter Leads and engineers , ensuring alignment with the Tribe’s overall technological strategy.
  • Collaborate with architects, Guilds, and Tribe leadership to design and implement IT strategies that deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical mentoring and coaching to Chapter Leads, Product Owners and specialists, enhancing capability aligned with our cloud transformation and agile practices
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, implementing best practices for software development and cloud technologies
  • Ensure technological solutions are sustainable, efficient, and aligned with organisational goals

Site Lead – Leading the Vilnius Risk and Compliance Tribe

  • Take responsibility for the overall management and leadership of the Vilnius site in the Risk & Compliance Tribe, representing the site in strategic discussions and cultivating a strong local presence within the Group
  • Drive site-wide engagement, collaboration, and alignment with the Tribe’s strategic objectives across diverse teams and functions
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and cohesive accomplishment of organisational goals across boundaries
  • Cultivate a culture of trust, inclusivity, and respect within the site, creating an environment where individuals and teams can thrive
  • Manage operational excellence at the site level, balancing both local needs and global objectives

Your qualifications and skills include:

  • Extensive leadership experience driving technology chapters or teams, with expertise in cloud technologies, agile methodologies, and software development best practices
  • Strong understanding of IT strategy and the complexities of technology, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Chapter Leads and technical specialists, ensuring their professional growth and success
  • Experience managing site-wide operations and leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams, as well as stakeholders
  • Advanced English skills to facilitate clear and open communication

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5760 EUR to 8640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
