Site and Chapter Area Lead for People Tribe

As the Site and Chapter Area Lead for the People Tribe at our Lithuanian site, you will help drive the technological transformation of the Tribe by facilitating adoption of the latest technologies to deliver a simple, cutting-edge, and seamless HR experience for our employees. Your role is crucial in leading the modernisation of the Tribe’s tech estate whilst ensuring strategic alignment and technological excellence. You will hold direct leadership and HR responsibilities for Chapter Leads and Technology Specialists, overseeing HR activities such as performance development, talent growth, and coaching. You will guide and develop the leaders to build trust and support in a nurturing environment.

You will develop and implement strategies that align with the Tribe’s goals, ensuring all chapter members are motivated and united under a shared vision. You will articulate and embed the Tribe’s vision across chapters, fostering a cohesive team environment. Additionally, you will drive the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within the Tribe, elevating our technological capabilities and ensuring our tech estate remains at the forefront of the industry.

Managing our part of the Lithuania site with a focus on engagement and strong, authentic, and respectful local leadership, you will be dedicated to driving engagement and fostering a great team experience. You will manage collaboration across sites to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive achievement. You will also embody agile principles and uphold our cultural commitments, ensuring great cross-site and cross-domain collaboration. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high efficiency and fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment.

You will:

  • Set and drive Site and Chapter strategies
  • Lead and develop Chapter Leads and Specialists
  • Enhance technological capabilities and uphold best practices in technology
  • Oversee HR activities including recruitment, retention and development
  • Ensure cohesive team collaboration and communication across locations
  • Site management for the Lithuania site with specific focus on engagement

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience working in a technological organisation with experience in organisational development
  • Change Management: Effectively manage change and drive innovation and engagement

  • Decision-making: Strong analytical abilities for creative and data-driven decision-making

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 6800 EUR to 10200 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
