Service Delivery Specialist in the Debt Management Area

As a junior operations officer, you will join our debt management team, responsible for assisting customers get out of financial difficulties most fairly.

We work in an international environment and support debt management services for private customers in the Scandinavian markets. Our team is part of the Global Debt Management department, which is responsible for assisting our customers avoid financial difficulties and also get out of them in the fairest way possible.

We are looking for employees with great attention to detail and the ability to deliver high quality and efficiency while also being great team-oriented people.

We are a very dynamic team, constantly meeting changes, learning new ways of working, and adapting to various financial and customer needs. We offer the possibility to grow within the team, as our area is very wide.

Currently, we are working in a hybrid setup where the employees are expected to be present at the office for 3–4 days a week, with a primary work location in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Depending on your experience, you may be offered a different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Support debt collection processes in different countries in the whole group
  • Upon starting the position, you will work with debt advisory services, meaning mostly one-way communication with customers depending on their situation
  • Ensure customers avoid late collection by distributing personalized messages and offering solutions
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects
  • Closely communicate and collaborate with team members and other debt management members across the markets

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1480 EUR to 2220 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
