Service Delivery Specialist in GDPR Case Handling

We are seeking for a dedicated Service Delivery Specialist to join our Data Protection Support team. This role is critical in ensuring our services comply with GDPR standards. If you have a passion for privacy laws and regulations and a knack for delivering outstanding client service, we want you on our team!

You will:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining GDPR compliance processes and procedures
  • Monitor daily data subject requests
  • Oversee and manage the handling of personal data in accordance with GDPR guidelines
  • Communicate with different stakeholders within the bank and work closely with Legal and Compliance departments
  • Collaborate closely with other teams in the bank
  • Proactively contribute to continuous improvement projects and automation of processes
  • Continuously learn from other team members and ensure knowledge sharing

About you:

  • Work experience in the back office function
  • Strong understanding of GDPR data subject rights articles is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written – all work communication is in English
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Nordic language skills are beneficial but not required

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
