Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility with a hybrid working model requiring at least 3 days a week in the office.

Please note that this role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates outside Lithuania.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

You will:

Investigate potential money laundering, terrorist financing, or tax evasion activities flagged by the system
Communicate and exchange information with other financial institutions via SWIFT messages
Collaborate with various bank units to mitigate financial crime risks
Drive continuous improvements within the team and across the bank
Share insights and expertise to enhance controls, tools, and processes

About you:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a back office, preferably in finance, tax, banking, or AML/CTF-related activities
Upper-intermediate English fluency, both written and verbal
Higher education would be considered an advantage
Collaborative and problem-solving mindset
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in routine conditions
Fast at learning new concepts and integrating them effectively
Flexible and capable of working in a dynamic environment

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
