Service Delivery Specialist in Correspondent Banking Transaction Monitoring

Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility with a hybrid working model requiring at least 3 days a week in the office.

Please note that this role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates outside Lithuania.

You will:

  • Investigate potential money laundering, terrorist financing, or tax evasion activities flagged by the system
  • Communicate and exchange information with other financial institutions via SWIFT messages
  • Collaborate with various bank units to mitigate financial crime risks
  • Drive continuous improvements within the team and across the bank
  • Share insights and expertise to enhance controls, tools, and processes

About you:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a back office, preferably in finance, tax, banking, or AML/CTF-related activities
  • Upper-intermediate English fluency, both written and verbal
  • Higher education would be considered an advantage
  • Collaborative and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in routine conditions
  • Fast at learning new concepts and integrating them effectively
  • Flexible and capable of working in a dynamic environment

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
