The Public Cloud Services Service Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of Danske Banke Cloud Platforms. This role ensures that the Cloud platforms align with Danske Banks ITSM processes and tools and includes integration of 3rd party Cloud providers to ensure clear lines of responsibility as part of a shared responsibility model between Danske Bank and 3rd party Cloud providers.
The team is focused on integrating Incident management, Change management, Problem management, Request for Service and Asset management processes and tooling between Danske Bank and AWS and MS Azure.
