Service Delivery Manager in Public Cloud Services

The Public Cloud Services Service Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of Danske Banke Cloud Platforms. This role ensures that the Cloud platforms align with Danske Banks ITSM processes and tools and includes integration of 3rd party Cloud providers to ensure clear lines of responsibility as part of a shared responsibility model between Danske Bank and 3rd party Cloud providers.

The team is focused on integrating Incident management, Change management, Problem management, Request for Service and Asset management processes and tooling between Danske Bank and AWS and MS Azure.

You will:

  • Define, Integrate and optimise all service management processes between AWS, Microsoft Azure and Danske Bank
  • Work with the Central Danske Bank ITSM team to ensure our Cloud platforms conform and integrate to existing ITSM processes, standards and tools
  • Ensure comprehensive reporting is in place across all service management disciplines
  • Manage a remote team of 1st line AWS platform support engineers.
  • Ensure SLA/SLO’s are defined, published and reported
  • Represent the Public Cloud Services team with all service-related interactions with AWS and the Central ITSM teams within Danske Bank
  • Working with the Cloud Services engineering team, provide requirements to ensure Danske Bank standard service management processes, tools and golden sources are integrated to AWS. E.g. CMDB and Inventory Management
  • Own and maintain ‘Knowledge Management’ for all customer facing Service management related documentation

About you:

  • 7+ years of work experience as a Service delivery manager for IT services/systems
  • 5+ years of People management experience
  • Strong understanding of ITIL Service management
  • ITIL certification would be considered as an asset
  • Understanding of how AWS or other Cloud provider’s work
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies would be considered as beneficial
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, ServiceNow would be considered as an asset

Monthly salary range from 4720 EUR to 7080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
