Service Delivery Manager

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will serve as an essential liaison between customers, operations, and development teams, with a strong focus on customer orientation and accountability within the organisation.

Your goal will be to ensure the best customer experience by delivering according to the key criteria of compliance and customer satisfaction. On a daily basis, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across various countries.

You will be part of an international team based in Denmark, Lithuania, Norway, and India, and you will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

You will:

  • Take responsibility for the Request for Information process received from multiple clients, ensuring timely delivery, proper quality assurance, and necessary approvals
  • Ensure the Request for Information process is established, implemented, and adhered to
  • Communicate effectively with managers and employees at all levels across several countries, ensuring ownership of the requests
  • Conduct coordination meetings to ensure progress is made and priorities are aligned, both within and outside the Service Delivery team

About you:

  • Experienced in compliance, with strong skills in time management, prioritisation, and quality awareness, as well as a solid understanding of risks and controls
  • Analytical and fact-driven, with the ability to translate analyses into insights and recommendations suitable for top-level management
  • Capable of understanding customer needs and delivering value to customers
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to quickly respond to changes and manage increasing demands
  • Proven ability to influence, drive change, challenge the status quo, and identify innovative ways of working
  • Strong collaboration and alignment skills across departments, with the ability to build relationships while setting expectations
  • Proactive and accountable, with the ability to work independently without supervision
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3200 EUR to 4800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
