The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

Lead the structured collection, analysis, and translation of user feedback into actionable insights to improve digital workplace services
Support Technology Adoption team by analysing user adoption metrics and other engagement data to measure user maturity and success of adoption initiatives
Map user journeys and personas to identify pain points and opportunities for service improvement
Collaborate with Service Owners, IT, and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements based on user needs and business value
Drive the development and maturity of feedback loops, ensuring user voices shape our digital roadmap
Advise and challenge the team on best practices in UX research and business analysis, bringing an experienced, evidence-based perspective
Support and inspire communities of digital influencers and experts to amplify adoption and engagement
Contribute to the design and delivery of digital workplace campaigns, training, and learning initiatives

About you:

Solid experience (3+ years) in UX research, business analysis, or a related field (in large, complex organizations would be beneficial)
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analytics
Strong ability to translate research findings into strategic recommendations and business outcomes
Stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and persuade at all levels
Familiarity with digital workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365) and change management principles
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity
Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
