We are excited to announce the new position of Senior IT Collaboration specialist for SDLC and Standards squad within the Developer Experience (DX) tribe. We are seeking a Senior IT Collaboration Specialist who is creative, not afraid to brainstorm, suggest new ideas. The ideal candidate should be creative in solving problems, customer-centric in their approach to creating documentation, and have the initiative to take charge and lead projects.

As a Senior IT Collaboration specialist, you have the responsibility to shape and standardize documentation across all our technical resources. Your role is critical in facilitating consistent and efficient development practices by organizing and standardizing complex documentation, bridging any existing inconsistencies and gaps.

You will:

Create and maintain cohesive and easy to follow documentation for many tribe’s offerings and solutions
Document developer journeys/blueprints to automate
Spearhead the revision and standardization of existing documentation to ensure uniformity across different squads
Implement and maintain solutions within area of expertise
Ensure that the solutions are consistent with business and IT strategies and the Group’s guidelines for the area of expertise
Maintain SDLC Instruction that defines requirements and SDLC Process Framework that provides high level guidance, standards and best practices
Contribute to SDLC and QA related training courses

About you:

5+ years of experience of being a technical writer
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript. Being comfortable with Confluence is an advantage
Good technical understanding with the ability to grasp complex IT concepts and translate them into clear, accessible documentation
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience in managing and standardizing large volumes of technical documents
Initiative, driving
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keep attention to detail
Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3680 EUR to 5520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
