Are you interested in financial market operations with a focus on ‘’the life of a trade’’, client setup and process improvements, automation and robotics?

As a Senior Specialist in the Securities Pre Matching team, you will mainly work with Nordic countries. You will play an important role in the cash and security trading process within Danske Bank. From trading desk to trade capture and settlement across different markets, ensuring efficient trading process with and for our clients.

The main role is working with Cash payment set up process, Standard Settlement Instructions, On-boarding clients and SWIFT. On a daily basis, your main tasks will be working with trade capturing and pre matching in CTM, monitoring and updating Standard Settlement Instruction details in ALERT, Cash payment setup processes, SWIFT and onboarding for new and existing clients within the Danske Bank trading space.

We are looking for a team player who is keen on efficiently handling many different tasks within an exciting mix of work streams and will, with attention to detail, deliver high quality on time, coupled with a willingness to continuously improve processes, systems, and automation.

The workplace is in Vilnius. Danske Bank offers and supports a hybrid work model with a high degree of flexibility (3 days in the office and 2 days at home). Team availability is from 09:00 until 19:30 – Late shift until 19:30 1-2 times a week is to be expected – Early days or coming late to the office on other days.

You will:

Timely and accurate control and process in different markets and on various platforms
Manage clients’ set up for trading
Investigate and resolve exceptions and discrepancies with our trade flow, systems and other issues
Daily communicate with a wide range of international stakeholders within the bank and external parties globally, ensuring quality service delivery
Proactively manage risks with a focus on continuous improvement of our processes and the service we provide to our clients

About you:

2+ year work experience in back office (finance area would be preferrable, with a focus on security pre matching, cash payments or Standard Settlement Instructions highly regarded)
Knowledge and interest in financial markets and banking operations
Ability to work in a dynamic area and process large volumes of tasks within tight deadlines across different work streams
High attention to detail and willingness to learn continuously
Good organizational skills and ability to handle unexpected situations and deal with a certain level of unknown
A team member with a positive attitude and CAN-DO mind-set
Capacity to organize work, prioritizing urgent tasks
Upper-Intermediate English language skills

Monthly salary range from 2080 EUR to 3120 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
