Senior Specialist for Custody Services Team

You will join the area, focusing on an innovative and truly customer-centric culture. In addition, you will be contributing to our LEAN culture, incorporated into our daily work.

Your role will include supporting our custody clients to ensure best class service delivery. Daily, you will collaborate closely with our stakeholders and attend their requests in a timely manner. You will maintain process quality and continuously look for ways to improve our daily processes.

We are looking for a team player who is keen on efficiently managing administrative tasks and handling invoices within an exciting mix of work streams and will, with attention to detail, deliver high quality on time, coupled with a continuous improvement of processes, systems, and automation.

**The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

  • Carry out a large variety of administrative tasks for Nordic clients
  • Handle and process invoices for our custody clients
  • Update our register of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Interact with our team members from Denmark and Lithuania
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the Bank
  • Keep close collaboration within other teams in the bank
  • Participate in proactive risk management with a focus on continuous improvement using Lean principles

About you:

  • At least 1 year of experience in financial operations or back office
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Attentive to detail, open to challenges and ready to make valuable contributions
  • A team-oriented person who enjoys working and sharing knowledge together
  • Willing to develop and learn new things
  • Able to understand information and communicate in English (Upper-Intermediate English skills)

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2080 EUR to 3120 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
