Senior Solution Architect in GenAI

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking person to join our tribe as a Generative AI Solution Architect. In this role, you will design and build scalable GenAI systems that align with our strategy and are based on the identification of high-value use cases across the organisation.

This role is essential in bringing such use cases into tangible production solutions, thus driving the application of GenAI across the bank. The GenAI Solution Architect is also responsible for managing technology-related aspects of the GenAI platform we are building.

You will:

  • Work closely with the GenAI team and key stakeholders across domains and tribes to understand what users need and the strategic vision for important GenAI use case development
  • Choose the right LLM models and methods based on the goals of the use cases, the nature of the data, etc
  • Turn use case requirements into technical specifications for new or improved GenAI tools, including detailed plans showing components, interactions, and data flows
  • Design, create, and fine-tune high-priority GenAI use cases, working closely with software engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and process experts. Ensure such use cases are smoothly integrated, e.g., into the required workflows, while offering technical support as needed
  • Oversee the introduction of LLM models into production environments, taking into account factors like scalability, response time, reliability, and security
  • Keep an eye on the performance of AI models in production, dealing with issues such as speed, stability, and resource use
  • Record all design decisions, technical choices, and deployment processes to share knowledge across the Group
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in GenAI technologies and bring forward-thinking to the GenAI team and the bank

About you:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, machine learning, or a similar field
  • Experience in creating high-quality solutions using cloud and AI technology from start to finish. This includes being skilled in common programming languages, having experience with machine learning frameworks, and a deep understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, prompt engineering, and model training techniques specific to generative AI
  • Skilled at solving problems, with the ability to find and fix technical issues quickly and accurately
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work well with teams from different areas and explain complex technical ideas to people without a technical background
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with technology trends and knowledge of the current state of AI/ML, LLM, and generative AI
  • Motivated, with the ability to run projects and carry them forward without much supervision
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5440 EUR to 8160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
