Are you ready to join one of Danske Bank’s highest-priority projects? This is your opportunity to become a part of our amazing team within the Debt Management Development Tribe. The team consists of 25 colleagues located in Lithuania and Denmark.

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and implement a new Debt Collection system at Danske Bank.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be working in a squad with business analysts and software engineers to translate business knowledge into working software. You will participate in defining interface descriptions, cloud design, and API contracts, providing your technical insights, guidance, and solution architectural skills to achieve great business outcomes.

Your role will include opportunities to learn, exchange your knowledge with others, contribute to existing solutions and do things from scratch. Your contributions will be crucial in transforming the Bank’s Debt Management area and building the new future.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

You will:

Design and document solution and integration architectures
Support solution design by actively engaging, providing feedback on designs, and facilitating knowledge sharing across squads
Engage with multiple stakeholders to find the best solutions. This includes stakeholders both inside and outside of the squad, and both IT and business experts
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and guidelines
Act as a sparring partner for software engineers and lend a hand in development and testing when feasible
Promote, advocate, and refine best practices for software engineering
Take an active part of the squad planning – becoming a trusted advisor to the Product Owners in the planning events

About you:

Proven experience working as a Solution Architect
Experience in defining, documenting, and communicating architecture solutions to a wide audience including both IT savvy and business centric colleagues
Good understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, design patterns, distributed systems and cloud-native development
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Keen to gain business and domain knowledge
Great collaboration and communication skills
Upper-Intermediate English skills both written and spoken

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5440 EUR to 8160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
