Senior Solution Architect for Risk, Reporting and Controlling Squad in Welcoming and Orchestration Tribe

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect for the Welcoming and Orchestration tribe at Danske Bank. Our vision is to transform customer onboarding and revolutionise product ordering, evolving our infrastructure into a fully digital bank.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will design and lead development on new solutions in collaboration with Product Owners, Tribe Architects, and business stakeholders. You will support the Risk, Reporting and Controlling squad in Welcoming and Orchestration, a new squad focused on building a foundation for performing controlling activities across the bank. By enhancing controls and implementing proactive measures, the squad aims to strengthen the control environment, ensure compliance, and minimise risks.

You will:

  • Design and optimise services for performance, maintainability, and reliability; take technical ownership of the current and future state of our solutions and architecture
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional agile squad and engage with your chapter of architects within the tribe
  • Provide technical insights, guidance, and architectural visions to efficiently reach business outcomes
  • Lead by example, taking responsibility for identifying effective solutions and ensuring high-quality processes
  • Mentor and support colleagues, sharing your knowledge across the tribe to promote growth and development

About you:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Architectural Design and Modelling, Domain Driven Design, Design Patterns, and CI/CD principles
  • Extensive experience in designing microservices and APIs
  • Solid development and coding proficiency in .NET or Java, with a focus on building services using cloud technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to build highly available and scalable solutions
  • Ability to solve complex problems and explain solutions clearly and simply to diverse audiences
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range from 5600 EUR to 8400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
