Senior Security Training and Awareness Consultant

Do you want to play a key role in transforming security awareness at Danske Bank?

You will be part of the Security Training and Awareness team, working to establish the security culture in the bank by supporting all employees in understanding and learning effective security behaviours. You will primarily coordinate the delivery of the Security Culture Programme.

Our team is well-positioned to blend technical security expertise with communication, training, and awareness initiatives to cultivate a strong security culture across the bank. We are deeply involved in this endeavour and are seeking a motivated and committed colleague to join us in leading the implementation of the Security Culture Programme. • 2+ years of experience in communication or training and development
• Profound understanding of content creation techniques and tools
• Creativity and attentiveness to visual aesthetics
• Agile mindset, being able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and unpredictable situations
• Self-driven, know how to manage your own time and how to make decisions, balance priorities, and meet deadlines
• Problem solver, always ready to dive into challenging tasks and get excited by challenges because they give you the opportunity to come up with solutions
• Solid project and stakeholder management skills, being able to drive your own projects
• Experience in information and physical security from working with security training and awareness would be highly beneficial
• Advanced skills in spoken and written English
