We are looking for a Senior SAS Platform Engineer to join our existing SAS team. Our team is distributed across Denmark, Lithuania, and India, making it a global effort focused on providing quality service to users within the Danske Bank Group.

We currently operate numerous SAS installations. Our goal is to offer our developers a mature, stable service with minimal downtime, high performance, and optimal cost efficiency.

We are seeking candidates who are willing to participate in building and enhancing our SAS Windows and Mainframe portfolio. This includes involvement in installation, upgrade, migration projects, and operations. We welcome professionals who are looking for enriching activities and wish to provide valuable contributions.

You will:

Install and configure SAS components on Mainframe and Windows servers, including SAS client components
Handle certificate installations and renewals
Support projects in the design and implementation of SAS solutions
Resolve incidents and investigate root causes
Troubleshoot performance issue
Manage capacity to ensure optimal performance

About you:

3-5 years of experience in setting up SAS Mainframe and SAS Windows solutions
In-depth knowledge of SAS Foundation 9.4, SAS Metadata BI Server, and Platform LSF Suite
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with advanced proficiency in English
Team player with solid collaborative qualities and a positive attitude
Well-developed interpersonal, problem-solving, prioritisation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to efficiently manage assignments and complete assigned deliverables
Knowledge of SAS on Cloud (AWS/Azure) would be beneficial

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4160 EUR to 6240 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
