Senior Rating Analyst, Corporate

Rating Lithuania team is a part of the Rating and Financial Analysis Department, consisting of about 60 employees working across several countries. You will be located in Vilnius and collaborate with colleagues in Scandinavia.

You will be part of the team, which is responsible for the credit ratings of Scandinavian and Northern Irish corporate customers. This team is essential to business relationships between the Bank and its corporate customers and is one of the critical parts of measuring and managing credit risk at Danske Bank.

You will:

  • Analyse information about individual corporate customers from different sources, such as financial statements, annual reports, internal systems, relationship managers, and external sources
  • Use the information, Your financial analysis skills, and different rating models to assess the credit quality and assign ratings to corporate customers
  • Document your findings on internal systems following Danske Bank’s requirements by preparing rating proposals based on information about the analysed corporate customer
  • Support and consult colleagues in their daily work regarding financial analysis and credit risk evaluation-related matters

About you:

  • Proven knowledge of accounting concepts and fundamental financial analysis
  • At least 2 years of experience working with financial/credit analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or other similar fields
  • Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, or similar
  • Analytical thinking and systematic approach
  • A high sense of responsibility, motivation, and commitment to deliver high quality on time
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Knowledge of any Scandinavian language would be considered beneficial

Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
