Senior Project Manager in TPRM Transformation team

We are undertaking a critical initiative to enhance and streamline our third-party risk management processes. Our objective is to effectively manage the risks associated with third-party relationships, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices, while supporting an efficient time to market that aligns with our Forward ’28 strategy.

This initiative is being driven by the development of strategies, the implementation of new tools and processes, and organisational change. A diverse team of over 25 professionals from various disciplines is contributing their expertise and collaborating to fulfil these goals.

Through this transformation, we aim to enhance our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) capabilities and build a more resilient, secure, and compliant organisation.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will engage with stakeholders to promote Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) initiatives, encourage cross-department collaboration, and mediate perspectives to drive project success. You will oversee transformation projects, create tailored communication materials, and work with colleagues and experts in an inclusive team environment.

You will:

  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to raise awareness of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) initiatives and ensure alignment with organisational goals
  • Build and nurture strong relationships across departments to promote collaboration and support for TPRM activities
  • Mediate differing stakeholder perspectives, facilitating consensus to drive project success
  • Lead the creation, design, and delivery of high-quality content and materials tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring effective communication and engagement
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, ensuring they align with the organisation’s strategic objectives
  • Collaborate within an innovative and inclusive team environment, working closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
  • Seize opportunities for personal and professional growth by developing new skills to advance your career
  • Partner with and learn from experts in TPRM, gaining valuable insights and industry knowledge

About you:

  • Demonstrated 3-5 years of expertise in managing complex projects, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement to align diverse perspectives and drive consensus
  • A proven ability to create and design compelling content and materials that effectively communicate key messages to stakeholders
  • Project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 or similar, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
  • Leadership potential, with experience in mentoring or leading teams to deliver on strategic objectives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in advanced English, enabling you to build and maintain relationships across all organisational levels while promoting collaboration
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving in dynamic environments that encourage teamwork and creativity
  • A readiness to take on new challenges, coupled with a strong commitment to growth both personally and professionally
  • A commitment to learning and development, with an openness to gaining expertise in third-party risk management by working with industry professionals
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
