Senior Process Partner

We work towards Danske Bank strategic growth with our consultants delivering value where we design and optimize the value chain and the underlying bank processes – both on a strategic level and all the way down to hands-on every-day improvements.

The team you will be joining consists of internal process partners in various projects around Danske Bank. The Process Excellence team under Enterprise Process Management unit (EPM) is Danske Bank’s internal consultancy organization tasked with organization-wide process improvement competency and capabilities. Our Process Partners work within various units within the bank and agile tribes to provide expertise in process optimization, continuous improvement, work standardization and performance management.

Your work location will be in the Vilnius office. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office). You might be asked to travel periodically to one of Danske Bank’s offices in Scandinavia or Northern Ireland.

You will:

  • Drive initiative within end-2-end processes optimizations
  • Work on sustainable execution model and it will be one of your responsibilities to take this work to the next level
  • Have a chance to work with Customer journeys / Customer experience, End-2-End Process Excellence, Process optimization / Lean, Change management and transformation, PMO / Project management
  • Develop / codify process improvement approaches including various framework to deploy various products to optimize the process; digitalization, migration/offshoring and etc

About you:

  • Green / Black belt certification in Lean & Six Sigma OR certified Lean Manager
  • At least 3 years as a leader of a process re-engineering / optimization / excellency transformation agenda where your process-optimization toolbox have been actively used with proven history
  • Project/ Program management experience, e.g., certificated (Agile, Prince2, PMP, SAFe), where process management is used as one of the methods to define future solution – as it is currently expected for the project to be run under the methodology as well as communication skills and team leader capabilities
  • Systemic thinking, structured pragmatic, structured problem-solving capability, thrive for changes with ability to structure an ambiguity
  • Ability to influence without official authority and curious about engaging in a large complex organization
  • Proven experience in anchoring sustainable change in the prioritized area or organization following change implementation
  • Previous experience with delivering training or providing mentoring/coaching on Lean and Process improvement methods
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3840 EUR to 5760 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
