The Senior Platform Engineer will lead and support the technical implementation of a new cloud SaaS platform dedicated to enhancing customer self-service interactions by deploying chat and voice bots. This platform will be integrated with our Cloud Contact Center platform, forming a critical part of our digital transformation.
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you’ll have the chance to leverage your technical expertise to shape and help us revolutionize our customer service experience using advanced technology and innovative solutions.
