You will:

  • Conduct thorough investigations on Corporate Action events and ensure correct updates in our internal systems
  • Perform daily controls on various types of transactions to maintain data accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders as part of our investigation process
  • Participate in risk management with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support internal stakeholders and advisors to understand our processes and data visible to our customers
  • Balance analytical thinking with some manual, repetitive tasks to ensure data quality in our Investment and Tax reports sent to our customers

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience working with Corporate Action events or Performance Calculations
  • Knowledge of tax rules in one of our main markets (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland) would be considered an advantage
  • Engaged and motivated mindset with a positive approach to problem-solving
  • Attentive to details and having analytical thinking with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Willing to take ownership when investigating cases and work unsupervised
  • A team-oriented person who enjoys working, sharing knowledge, and coordinating on tasks with the rest of the team on a daily basis
  • Willing to develop and expand your skills all the time
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1640 EUR to 2460 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
