As an Operational Resilience Specialist in Exercises and Operations, you will play a crucial role in this mission. Your expertise will enable us to design, conduct, and evaluate operational resilience exercises, ensuring our team is well-prepared to handle any unforeseen events. You will:

Collaborate with stakeholders to map and understand interdependencies between business processes, IT applications, and commercial activities, ensuring alignment with relevant regulations and supporting the development of robust resilience infrastructure
Identify and document critical business services, recovery time objectives (RTOs), and key dependencies, integrating these insights into the design and enhancement of resilience infrastructure
Build and maintain reporting systems to support regulatory reporting, ensuring they are scalable and adaptable to evolving infrastructure needs, while documenting exercise outcomes and providing actionable insights for improvement
Engage with Business Continuity, Crisis Management, IT Resilience, and other teams to design and execute scenario testing, using outcomes to inform infrastructure enhancements and operational resilience strategies
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of resilience objectives, methodologies, and infrastructure priorities, fostering a unified approach to resilience
Identify opportunities for resilience improvement based on regulatory developments, exercise results, and industry best practices, with a focus on driving innovation in resilience infrastructure
Ensure the organisation remains compliant with evolving regulatory requirements and maintains a leadership position in operational resilience by continuously improving infrastructure and processes

About you:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex interdependencies, identify vulnerabilities, and derive actionable insights for improvement
Excellent organisational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and perform under pressure
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently in internal and external forums, including cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Background in consulting roles (e.g., business support, management consulting, or analysis) is highly valued, particularly where skills in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and process improvement were demonstrated
Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher), with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and requirements related to operational resilience, with the ability to adapt and apply these in diverse organisational contexts would be preffered and considered as a big bonus
Experience in designing and conducting operational resilience exercises, including scenario testing and post-exercise analysis would be preffered and considered as a big bonus
Proven experience in operational resilience, crisis management, or related fields, preferably within the financial sector, though experience in other industries with transferable skills will also be considered as a bonus

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
