Risk & Compliance Tribe brings together business and IT professionals into cross-functional squads and enables us to work in a truly agile organisation. The team consists of a 6 Software Engineers, 2 Business Analysts. We are an international team with colleagues working from Lithuania and Denmark.

You will:

Design and develop high-quality software solutions using .NET
Collaborate with cross-functional squads to define and implement new features and enhancements
Ensure scalability and reliability of applications through effective design
Lead the migration of legacy systems to .NET applications within AWS environments
Uphold high-quality standards by implementing and enforcing best coding practices
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers
Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in software development and cloud computing
Share knowledge with developers in your chapter and squad, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth

About you:

5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining applications
Proficiency in .Net Core with C#
Experience working with cloud services and managing scalable cloud-based applications (preferably with AWS)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field would be a beneficial asset
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment following Agile methodologies
Motivation to share knowledge and mentor junior developers
Experience with software architecture, Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and CI/CD would be a beneficial asset
Upper Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4480 EUR to 6720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
