In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and major counterparties worldwide. You will uphold process quality and consistently seek opportunities to enhance our daily operations.

You will:

Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily settlement activities across global markets
Investigate and resolve complex trade-related exceptions and ensure proper escalation when needed
Communicate with internal teams, external counterparties, and global custodians to secure smooth trade processing
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and contribute to process automation initiatives
Share your knowledge and support colleagues through collaboration and teamwork
Contribute to ongoing improvement projects and maintain a high operational control environment

About you:

2+ years of experience in custody settlements or post-trade operations
Strong understanding of financial instruments, settlement processes, and market practices
Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to prioritize effectively
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
Experience in process improvements or testing of settlement systems would be a bonus
Higher education in Finance, Economics, or related field
Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2160 EUR to 3240 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
