DevOps Engineer in Integration and Adoption team

As a DevOps Engineer, you will join our innovative development team, playing a crucial role in code development, design, operational support, and architecture. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with team members to enhance our systems and applications, ensuring high system performance and responsiveness.

The squad is a cross-located team with members based in India, Denmark, and Lithuania. This team is tasked with managing Kafka, RabbitMQ, and IBMMQ (decentralized) and to support our developers in integrating asynchronous and event-driven solutions throughout the Bank.

You will:

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Manage source repositories based on GIT
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
  • Monitor systems using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK stack
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker
  • Utilize Ansible for configuration management
  • Operate and maintain AWS Cloud services
  • Develop scripts and applications using proficient programming skills

About you:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Kafka from both development and operational standpoints is desirable. However, if you lack experience with Kafka, we expect you to have the willingness, ability, and motivation to learn about the technology
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments. Commitment to continuous personal development, including obtaining and maintaining relevant certifications
  • Strong team player capable of working in a cross-location agile environment
  • Customer focus, experience in support roles, on-call responsibilities, and resolving user incidents
  • Attention to details, high level of accuracy and thoroughness in task execution
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
  • Advanced verbal and written English skills with the ability to convey information clearly to team members and stakeholders

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
