We are seeking an experienced Java Software Engineer to design and integrate a new Debt Collection system at Danske Bank.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of expert architects, developers, and business analysts who share a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Your contributions will be crucial in transforming the Debt Management Area, evolving from a well-established project to an agile development unit while maintaining a high level of expertise and attitude.

You will:

Develop, deploy, maintain and support our solutions with complete end-to-end ownership mindset
Bring your enthusiasm and ideas that will be appreciated in our team
Create sustainable solutions inspired by the best practices and emphasis on clean code
Work closely together with Tribe architects, developers and business analysts to ensure our smooth progress
Mentor and support less experienced team members
Work with: Java 17, Spring, MSSQL database and RabbitMQ
Use DevOps tools: Docker, OpenShift, Azure

About you:

5+ years of experience within Java applications development and infrastructure
Solid Java ecosystem knowledge having a good understanding of IT architecture and hands on experience with solution design
Willing to take any type of tasks upon you: Dev and Ops
Have a natural interest in knowing our solutions, challenging and fixing areas which could be improved
Keen to gain business and domain understanding
Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to learn
Experience working in agile setups would be beneficial
Upper-Intermediate English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4480 EUR to 6720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
