This position is strategically located around customer journey solutions in the cards, accounts, and payments domain. The tribe meets our customers’ evolving needs by providing embedded offerings and services, such as Cards services, Digital wallets, Accounts & Payment solutions, and many other edge services that go beyond traditional banking while promoting sustainable practices.

We are a team of enthusiastic and experienced professionals committed to excellence in high-quality software development. Your work location will be in our vibrant office in Vilnius, Lithuania. Our organization owns critical systems on various technology stacks and platforms, such as .Net C#, Java, Kubernetes, OpenShift in the private and public cloud eco-sphere.

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join a diverse and inclusive team and become a part of a truly international working environment.

You will:

Design and Develop solutions as per specifications provided by means of JIRA or Refinement process
Write high quality code and contribute towards open-source community or can demonstrate to share towards open-source community
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, to collectively improve technical skills and coding practices of the development team
Ensure all development is in line with Organizational Security requirements and Lifecycle (SDL and adheres with group level technical standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analyst and other development teams to deliver high quality solutions that fit business requirements

About you:

5+ years of experience and good proficiency working with Java with frameworks such as Spring Boot
Experience in the design, development, and test automation of microservices in a cloud-native environment, especially AWS
Ability to take ownership and responsibility for supervising deliveries in a structured manner
Experience in establishing and improving engineering practices and developing teams’ competencies
Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, MQ, etc.
Knowledge of integration patterns and their implications
Positive attitude, ability, and motivation to learn
Upper-intermediate English language skills

Monthly salary range from 4480 EUR to 6720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
