About the role

As a Senior IT Solution Architect, you will play a key role in modernising and integrating HCM system – an advanced tool that helps organisation manage key workforce processes such as recruitment, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions while transitioning from legacy systems. Based in our dynamic Vilnius office, you’ll join a diverse team of IT and business professionals working cross-functionally to deliver impactful results.

You will:

Lead the design and integration of HCM systems, focusing on scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise goals
Develop a strategic roadmap to modernise the IT architecture, including transitioning from legacy systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
Deliver solution designs that balance short-term requirements with long-term scalability
Identify and mitigate risks related to integrations, data security, and GDPR compliance
Provide technical guidance and serve as a sparring partner for developers and teams
Promote best practices in software engineering and architecture

About you:

A bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Experience working with HCM systems – Oracle HCM is a significant advantage, but experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or other HCM systems is also highly valued
Proven ability to deliver complex IT projects and manage solution designs
Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
Experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies
Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5440 EUR to 8160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
