Senior IT Business Analyst in Risk Rating Model (CRRM) Squad

Our mission in the AML Review Tribe is to protect our customers, society, and the bank from financial crime by developing highly automated AML due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance. We are looking for a self-driven, collaborative, and curious IT Business Analyst with a strong interest in data analysis to join our CRRM squad.

The Customer Risk Rating Model (CRRM) squad builds and owns solutions that provide up-to-date risk ratings for all customers across the Danske Bank Group, helping ensure accurate customer assessments.
This involves working with stakeholders to understand large volumes of customer data and translating that knowledge into IT solutions.
The squad consists of a Product Owner, Business and Data Analysts, and Developers located in Denmark, Lithuania, and India.

To further develop your skills, you will also be part of the Business Analyst Chapter within the AML Review Tribe. Your Chapter Lead will serve as your HR manager, providing support and mentoring to ensure your personal and professional growth. At the same time, you will take responsibility for continuous learning and contributing to the development of your chapter’s functional expertise.

You will:

  • Be bridging business requirements and IT capabilities, while striking the balance between being detail-oriented and maintaining a broader perspective
  • Manage initiatives that leverage data to drive business improvements with strong focus on adherence to compliance standards
  • Be responsible for collecting business requirements and business logic documentation
  • Facilitate ongoing collaboration and continuous alignment of expectations within the Squad and broad range of stakeholder across the organisation and external entities
  • Take part in testing activities and incident management to ensure high solution quality
  • Actively participate in agile events and chapter knowledge sessions

About you:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis and Data analysis in an IT setting
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, and proficient in performing data analysis to support business objectives and requirements
  • Good understanding of IT systems and how various IT systems interact, with an emphasis on data flow and integration
  • Experienced in the system and regression testing, with the ability to analyse test data to identify trends and issues
  • Demonstrate proficient problem-solving analytical skills, utilising various analysis methods and techniques, including data analysis and interpretation
  • Experienced working in an agile environment using software like Jira and Confluence Furthermore, you are familiar with SCRUM ceremonies like daily stand-up, sprint planning and backlog refinement
  • Able to communicate professionally and clearly with business and technical stakeholders (developers), manage expectations, and ensure alignment and agreements between different parties
  • You feel at home in a fast-paced environment and don’t mind the complexity
  • You have a ‘yes we can’ attitude combined with creative problem-solving skills
  • You are self-organizing and work autonomously with the mandate to move fast and get things done
  • You collaborate well with colleagues with different people profiles and skills
  • Advanced English language skills

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
