Senior IT Business Analyst in AML Review Tribe

You will:

  • Act as the bridge between business requirements and IT capabilities, balancing attention to detail with a clear focus on the bigger picture
  • Lead initiatives that utilise data to drive meaningful business improvements, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards
  • Take ownership of gathering business requirements and documenting business logic with clarity and precision
  • Foster continuous collaboration and alignment of expectations within the Squad and among a diverse range of stakeholders across the organisation and external partners
  • Perform advanced data analysis to uncover valuable insights and trends, presenting findings through effective visualisation tools and frameworks
  • Contribute to testing, release planning, incident management, and other related tasks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Engage actively in agile events and chapter knowledge-sharing sessions, promoting a culture of growth and collaboration

About you:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in business analysis
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and a track record of performing data analysis to support business objectives and requirements
  • Solid understanding of IT systems and their interactions, with a particular focus on data flow and system integration
  • Experienced in system and regression testing, with the ability to analyse test data to identify patterns, trends, and potential issues
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, employing various methods and techniques, including data analysis and interpretation
  • Experienced in working within agile environments, using tools like Jira and Confluence. Additionally, familiar with SCRUM ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
  • Skilled in professional and clear communication with both business and technical stakeholders (e.g., developers), effectively managing expectations and fostering alignment across diverse teams
  • Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
