Senior IT Business Analyst for Third Party Risk Management

As part of Danske Bank’s Third-Party Risk Management organisation, the TPRM Risk Analytics & Supplier Assurance unit plays a key role. We are growing our newly established team, which is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the third-party risk rating model and managing the bank’s portfolio of third parties. You will collaborate with our risk specialists to fulfil our dual mandate of risk control and timely onboarding of third parties. As a global team, we work closely with colleagues based in Lithuania and Denmark.

The ideal candidate will thrive in navigating the uncertainties of large-scale transformations. With minimal supervision in this role, initiative and ownership from day one is expected.

You will:

  • Conduct quality assurance activities on the third-party risk management process and individual third parties
  • Audit internal processes and third parties with a specific focus on IT controls
  • Develop and maintain instructions and operating procedures for third-party risk management
  • Assist with data analysis activities and ensure findings are accurately captured
  • Document, develop, and maintain the third-party risk rating model in collaboration with the data analyst
  • Monitor internal and external requirements for third-party and IT risk management, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Create reports and other business information as needed
  • Act as a representative of our team across the organisation

About you:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT risk management (ISO27001, ISO27005)
  • A certified lead auditor for internal and external IT audits in accordance with ISO27001 and ISO27007
  • Information management: organising, structuring, documenting, and disseminating complex information effectively
  • Communication: demonstrating a respectful and persuasive communication style
  • Stakeholder management: collaborating across business units to reach team objectives
  • Microsoft Excel: proficiency in its use
  • Soft skills: displaying responsibility, diplomacy, and curiosity
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
