We’re looking for an accomplished, forward-thinking senior GenAI cloud engineer to join our GenAI tribe. As a self-motivated developer, you’ll have the opportunity to play a crucial role in building our GenAI platform and implementing new GenAI use cases across the Group.

As a valued engineer in our tribe, you’ll lead the development of our GenAI platform, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.

You will:

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to introduce new features, conduct proofs of concept for various use cases, and bring these use cases to production
  • Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering strictly to the bank’s best practices
  • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure the highest level of code quality
  • Identify and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments
  • Serve as a role model and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or a related field)
  • 4-5 years of industry experience in software engineering
  • Strong proficiency in one or more languages, such as Python, or Go, and related frameworks
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
  • Advanced English skills

Bonus points if you have:

  • Familiarity with generative AI technologies, including the use of GenAI model APIs, embeddings, vector databases, etc.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security best practices
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform
