Our team, Performance & Traction is a part of Business Management & Transformation department, who supports the COO organization of Personal and Business Customers, an area of approximately 2.500 employees with responsibility for IT development and operational services.

You will:

You will be a part of a multifunctional team, covering a broad range of topics within financial performance, sustainable risk management, performance tracking and administrative governance. Our way of working includes being curious to understand the current outlook and create great relationships with stakeholders to ensure we can challenge the status quo together.

You will join the area focusing on our financial steering, transparency, and analysis. Our focus areas are:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial targets align with strategic delivery goals in an agile development model
Be a close sparring partner across our organisation to enable understanding for financial impact of strategic decisions, eg. Benefit estimations and tracking
Support the development and ongoing management of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets
Translate financial data into compelling narratives to drive understanding of trends and variances
Optimize financial data foundations (e.g. cost allocation) and processes related to financial activities in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the organization

About you:

Experience from a finance function or financial consultancy
Are purpose-oriented and motivated by unleashing potential through the tasks you do and the relations you build
Have a passion for numbers and data insights and the ability to use them to drive the right, value-creating decisions
Can involve colleagues and stakeholders at different seniority levels to understand, challenge and co-create input
Hands-on approach to ensure smooth running of our organisation
Advanced in English, both speech and writing

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
