Senior Development Consultant for GenAI Risk and Compliance Governance

The Responsible GenAI Team is at the forefront of ensuring that GenAI innovations adhere to ethical principles, regulatory requirements, and governance best practices. Our team plays a crucial role in embedding trust, transparency, and compliance into GenAI projects, working across business units to accelerate the safe and responsible adoption of GenAI. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of technology, risk, and governance, ensuring that GenAI solutions are not only innovative but also responsible and compliant.

Collaboration will be a key part of your day-to-day work. You will join a motivated team of seven people, all focused on advancing GenAI governance. By joining our team, you will impact governance at scale by designing solutions that affect GenAI initiatives. You will contribute to the ethical, compliant, and transparent adoption of GenAI. Collaborating with cross-functional experts, you will embed governance into GenAI workflows and leverage cutting-edge governance tools to drive insights and efficiency. Additionally, you will have opportunities for growth and continuous learning.

You will:

  • Leverage governance to monitor GenAI projects, tracking compliance metrics and governance timelines
  • Apply your knowledge of regulation and ethical frameworks, including GDPR and the AI Act, to help establish best practices that integrate seamlessly into GenAI development workflows
  • Be a partner with GenAI development teams to embed governance principles into application design from the start
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure GenAI projects meet regulatory requirements
  • Engage with business units and leadership to align governance strategies with business goals
  • Collaborate with risk and security teams to assess and mitigate GenAI-related risks, proactively addressing challenges before they become obstacles

About you:

  • Knowledge of GenAI technologies, ethical implications, and governance frameworks
  • Experience with GenAI risk assessments and compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act)
  • Ability to streamline approval processes and monitor governance risks
  • Ability to advise and guide business teams, translate complex governance issues for technical and non-technical audiences, and work with GenAI engineers, legal, risk, and compliance teams
  • Experience in analyzing and reporting governance data.
  • Willingness to stay ahead of regulations and adapt governance frameworks to evolving best practices
  • Upper-intermediate English both written and verbal

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2520 EUR to 3780 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
