The Data & Analytics Change & Communications team is seeking a Senior Data Culture Transformation Consultant to support the bank’s journey towards a data-driven, insights-led culture. Our Data & Analytics function leverages cutting-edge technology and insights to inform strategic decision-making, while our Change Management team guarantees the effective rollout of key initiatives. Together, we empower the bank to deliver outstanding value to our customers and stakeholders. We are a team based both in Copenhagen and Vilnius.

You will:

  • Drive and support data culture transformation initiatives across the bank
  • Plan and support the bank-wide implementation and adoption of Databricks. Managing planning and stakeholder engagement
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for leveraging Databricks in achieving business outcomes
  • Advise senior leadership and act as a change agent for data-driven decision-making
  • Design and execute change management activities, including impact and readiness assessments
  • Create engaging change communication materials (leadership presentations, internal media posts, newsletters, etc.)
  • Develop and deliver training to build data literacy and tool adoption
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to champion data-driven practices
  • Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and recommend improvements

About you:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, data, psychology, or related field
  • 6+ years in data, analytics, digital/culture transformation, or change management
  • Experience managing complex change in large organisations
  • Strong communication (in English), facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to turn data insights into actionable stories; UX design is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and in teams; open to feedback
  • Skilled in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2560 EUR to 3840 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
